Do you accept medical insurance?

Yes we accept most major insurance providers including Aetna, Amerigroup, Beech Street, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Coventry, Community First, Choice Care, First Health, Galaxy, Great-West Healthcare, GEHA, Humana. Health Smart, Medicare, Superior Health Medicaid, Tricare Prime & StandardUnited Healthcare, and more.

Can I still come if I don't have medical insurance?

Yes - if you don’t have medical insurance, you can still come in. Let the person at the front desk know and we’ll work out a payment arrangement.
Can you send my medical records to a specialist?

Yes - when you fill out the paperwork, you’ll be able to indicate if you’d like your records sent to your primary care provider or a specialist.
Do you perform COVID-19 Testing?

Yes we offer on-site COVID-19 testing.
 
Do you offer x-rays and lab services at this office?

Yes - it is our goal to be a “one-stop-shop” so that we can best treat you when you come in for medical attention.
